The Moon Hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was fantastic, with just a short walk to the MRT station and plenty of shops and cafes nearby. The convenience of public transportation made exploring the city a breeze. Secondly, the hotel staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. I was also pleasantly surprised by the basic amenities provided in the rooms, including a jacuzzi that provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Lastly, the breakfast offered a good range of options to start the day off right.
My experience at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I believe could be improved.

Booked the hotel just 2 hours before checking in, arrived 1am, my booking wasn't confirmed at the reception, but yet the gave me a nice room. I later extended the stay for another night, in another room then without problem. Every room seem to have it's own decoration, the second I got had a carpet, which made the room a little bit smelly, but by opening the window for an afternoon, it got away. The place is clean, staff helped me for every inquiry I had, the reception staff could all speak english
I didn't enjoy the breakfast (eastern style), but I believe the hotel is made to accomodate asian travellers and taiwanese couples

the minute i enter the room, i feel like to cancel my reservation. The room is horrible and smelly, so many stain on the carpet floor and wall paper is rotten! the room provides bathtub, but we find cigarette bud within >"<, already they changed our room once and the second room is not improving at all! we didn't know it's a love hotel when we check in.. the price is not so cheap.. .but the quality is awful!!! it's so sad that we spent a night there... and it's really cold... only 1 think blanket!! Not recommand!

The staff were helpful, providing us with recommendations on places to visit and the best way to get around this city. The jacuzzi bath in our room was a definite highlight, especially for the price we paid. This hotel also impressed us with its strong WiFi and the cleanliness of its facilities. On top of that, we loved how conveniently located the hotel was. It was just a short walk away from the MRT, shops, and cafes.
Nothing all excellent.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city with easy access to public transportation and great dining options nearby. The rooms are spacious and offer a comfortable stay for guests. The hotel also boasts a nice breakfast selection with both Western and Asian options to choose from.
The cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. The housekeeping service was not up to scratch with dust and dirt visible in some areas of the room. The overall upkeep of the hotel could be improved, including the bathroom facilities. Additionally, some of the channels on the TV were inappropriate and gave off a negative vibe. though, it was a satisfactory stay.

Spent my Xmas holidays at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised with the experience. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from major transportation and close to a great selection of restaurants. the room was cozy and comfortable, with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. the bed was amazing, and I slept so well on it. the jacuzzi bathtub was a great touch, and made for a relaxing evening after a long day exploring the city.
But the cleanliness of the bathroom left a lot to be desired, and there were some water stains on the carpet. the breakfast buffet was decent but could have been better, with more variety and fresher items.
